Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. We aim to process all enquiries and requests as quickly as possible but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders where necessary.

Payments and Returns

Payment can be made using any of the methods listed on this web site and will be debited once your order has been processed and accepted. All transactions are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.


We accept the following methods of payment:-

VISA debit

Payment may be made by any of the above methods and will be debited when we dispatch your order. The total amount you pay is the same, regardless of the payment method used. Your credit/debit card issuer will charge a handling fee for currency conversion.

All orders are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Deliveries to the UK and EU include VAT at 20.0%.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges via the post and through our premises, as long as they are in saleable condition, in their original undamaged box/packaging and are accompanied by a returns note. Please return goods within 28 days.

By Post

Goods must be sent in their original box/packaging and in secure outer packaging, along with the returns note. Please state whether you require a refund or exchange on the returns note.

Please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage.

Exchanges are subject to availability and additional postage costs.

Unless the goods you are returning are faulty or incorrect, we do not refund the initial delivery charge to you and goods are returned to us at your own expense.

Delivery Details & Carriage Charges

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of payment. Delivery timings and addresses are subject to courier restrictions. Delivery Details and Charges follows:

UK Mainland Standard (1-2 Working Days) orders up to £100 nett of VAT
*Excluding Scottish Highlands and Highlands
UK Mainland Standard (1-2 Working Days) orders above £100 nett of VAT
*Excluding Scottish Highlands and Highlands
Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles P.O.A
Rest of Europe (within seven working days) P.O.A

All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.

Deliveries to the UK and EU EXCLUDE VAT at 20.0%.

Deliveries within the UK are through the courier.

We can deliver your order to the billing address (for the card you use to pay for your order), or you can specify a alternative address at the checkout.

Please note that a signature will be required on delivery of goods. A specific delivery instruction can be provided and whilst we will endeavour to adhere to this request the final decision will be a the descretion of the individual courier driver at the time of delivery.

Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

You may be liable to pay import duties from customs (applies to countries outside Europe). Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Acknowledgement & Acceptance Of Order

We will notify you by e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, however our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered.

We take every care to ensure information on this site is accurate; however some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time and it is possible that errors will occur. We will endeavour to rectify any errors as swiftly as possible. Should an error occur you will be given the option of either (a) confirming your offer to purchase subject to the correct description or price or (b) retracting your offer and receiving a refund if the goods have been paid for.
