Posting and packaging free when your basket total is over £100 otherwise is £5.95.
Items that are in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours by First Class mail and delivery usually then takes 3-5 working days.
We have designed our site to be as simple to use as possible and on this page we provide some simple tips on how to search, browse and purchase. We hope you enjoy your visit!
Searching
Best results are often obtained if you enter just one or two key words from the manufacturer or product title.
Browsing
Searching is not the only way to find what your looking for - browsing the site is also an option. The main product subcategories of the smartstore are shown at the left of every page in the blue navigation menu.
Alternatively click on the shop tab to view the top level product categories. Select a category to view the subcategories and definitions below it.
Select a product subcategory to view a list of the available products. Product are ordered by their product code then by description. Some products have documents attached and images when you mouse over the highlighted cell.
Purchasing
- Choosing an item
When you find an item you want to purchase, click the 'Add' button. The item will be added to your 'Shopping Basket' this is found on the right of the page, below the 'Search' box
- Paying for your item
When you are ready to buy, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button in the Shopping Basket.
- Confirming your item and payment
During the checkout process we will ask you to confirm the invoice, delivery and payment details, and show you the total cost of your purchase. Once you have checked these details and clicked 'Process order' you will have completed your purchase.

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. Please follow our returns procedure as explained above.

At nwsr.co.uk we are continually trying to improve your shopping experience. To help our customers make more informed buying choices, we offer our customers the ability to rate products and write reviews and have these reviews posted on the website.

We welcome your views on the products we sell and thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers. However, we will moderate all reviews before posting them on site, so to ensure your review gets posted please bear the following guidelines in mind:
- Once you have bought a product you can review it simply by logging on, view your past orders information and order details. In your basket details is a review coloumn . Simply click on the review, mark the product out of ten and leave a comment.
- Reviews are limited to a maximum of 1,000 characters.
- Reviews should only relate to the product in question and should not be related to your experience in buying the product or having it delivered.
- Avoid writing EVERYTHING IN CAPITAL LETTERS.
We will not post reviews that:
- Contain derogatory comments directed towards other reviewers.
- Contain content that will infringe upon the material, trademarks or intellectual property (e.g. copyright, trademark, privacy or trade secrets) of others.
- Contain content that might be considered sexually gratuitous, profane, unlawful, defamatory, libellous, abusive, incendiary, racially or sexually offensive, or obscene.
- Contain content that might be considered to be harassment, abuse or threats against the personal safety or property of others.
- Make false statements, defame or impersonate others.
- Contain spamming or advertising.
- Contain personal information about anyone - including yourself - such as phone numbers, postal addresses or credit card numbers.
- Contain HTML or computer script.
- Are written by suppliers or manufacturers.

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days (from date of posting), but we need to wait 21 days before being able to investigate this matter further. To help us check if there is a problem with your order click 'View order history' to access your order details (Please note: You may need to sign in first). Select the item you have a query about and enquire . We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Item temporarily out of stock
If an item goes out of stock and we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time we will hold your order and dispatch the item to you as soon as stock is available.
Account declined (payment not processed)
If we cannot process payment for any reason, we will email you to let you know and ask you to access your account and update your card or bank details as necessary.

If you would like to return a product to us please view your 'Past order information' to access your order details (Please note: You may need to sign in first). Select the item you have a query about and enquire . We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:
Faulty or damaged item
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and
processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Duplicate or incorrect item
You may return any duplicate or incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
Unwanted item
You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item
- We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error.
- We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.
